1. Introduction and Company Details

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the purchase of software licenses and digital products from SoftTechPro Solutions LLC ("Company", "We", "Us").

By purchasing, accessing, or using our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Nature of the Product

All products sold by SoftTechPro Solutions LLC are purely digital. We provide professional automotive diagnostic and recalibration software licenses exclusively. No physical products are shipped. Upon successful payment and verification, delivery is processed entirely online via email and digital download/activation.

3. License of Use

Purchasing access to our software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-workstation license to use the software according to the specific tier or duration purchased. The license is subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Professional Use Only: The software is strictly designed for use by professional automotive businesses and certified tuners.
  • One PC / One HWID: Each license is bound to exactly one (1) computer identified by its hardware fingerprint (HWID). Installation, activation, or use on any additional machine — including virtual machines — without purchasing an additional license or a paid HWID reset is a material breach of these Terms.
  • No Sharing, Cracking, or Reselling: You may not share your credentials, license key, or activated software with any third party. Reverse engineering, cracking, bypassing, or circumventing the HWID binding, license validation, or any other security mechanism is strictly prohibited. You may not resell, rent, lease, sub-license, or redistribute access in any form. Any attempted infringement will result in immediate, permanent license termination without refund and may result in legal action.
  • HWID Enforcement: License validity is verified server-side on every launch. Mismatches between the registered HWID and the active machine are logged and trigger automatic suspension. Coverage: a brand or ECU listed as supported does not guarantee that the exact software of your specific ECU variant is already in the catalogue, which grows daily; a not-yet-included variant is a normal limitation of ECU software, not a defect and not grounds for a refund. HWID resets are available as a paid add-on: a one-time €55.99 HWID change, payable self-service from the sign-in screen. The reset is performed instantly and automatically upon payment confirmation and is non-refundable once applied (see the Refund Policy).
  • No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the software by any means.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Billing

Prices are displayed clearly on the checkout page before purchase. We utilize Stripe as our secure payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe and SoftTechPro Solutions LLC to charge the specified amount.

Softechpro Modules is sold as a subscription. It is not a one-time purchase and there is no lifetime licence. The current plans are Monthly Basic €75, Monthly Plus €90 and Monthly Pro €108 per month, and the Annual plan at €679 per year. The 24-Hour Pass and tuning credits are separate one-time purchases. Every amount is shown in Euros, including any applicable tax, on the pricing page and again on the checkout page before you pay.

A subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price until you cancel it. The renewal amount and the renewal date are shown to you at checkout and stay visible in your profile for as long as the subscription is active. You may cancel at any time from your profile or by contacting support: cancelling stops every future charge, the period you have already paid runs to its normal end, and no part of it is returned.

If we change our prices, an active subscription is not affected. The price you accepted when you subscribed is the price you keep, renewal after renewal, for as long as that same subscription stays active. A new price only ever applies to a new subscription. This protects you from an increase; it also means that if we lower a plan's price we are not obliged to move you down to it, although we sometimes do.

Two situations are easy to confuse, so we set them out plainly:

  • You cancel and then reactivate before your paid period has ended. It is still the same subscription, so you keep your original price.
  • You cancel, let the subscription lapse, and subscribe again later. That is a new subscription and it takes the prices published on that day, which may be higher or lower than what you paid before.

Moving between plans is a change of plan, not a refund. If you switch while a paid period is still running, the new plan begins when that period ends; the period already paid is neither refunded nor pro-rated.

5. Digital Delivery Policy

Access to your software or license key is delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout, typically immediately after payment. In some instances involving anti-fraud verification, manual review may require up to 24-48 hours. The customer is responsible for ensuring the email address provided is correct and actively monitored. Please refer to our Digital Delivery Policy for full details.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Softechpro is a digital, HWID-bound product delivered and activated instantly, so we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations of a paid period, and there is no 7-day or 14-day money-back window. Every account gets a free 15-minute full trial and free ECU analysis before payment, precisely so you can confirm your exact vehicle is covered before spending anything.

The following situations are a normal part of ECU software and are not defects of the product, and are not grounds for a refund — the free trial and free analysis exist so you verify before paying:

  • The software not producing the expected result on a specific vehicle or ECU.
  • An ECU or software version not present in our supported database.
  • Customer error during the tuning process.
  • Dissatisfaction with a Cloud Tuning output.

Purchases are final, because the licence is digital, delivered instantly and bound to your hardware. Value already received is not refundable at any point: tuning credits already spent, Cloud Tuning jobs already delivered, API volume already consumed, and an HWID transfer already performed. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; the period already paid runs to its end.

Two things we refund regardless of when they happen: duplicate or accidental charges, and cases where a genuine fault on our side prevented you from using what you paid for. The full detail, including how to claim step by step, is in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities and Compliance

The customer assumes full liability for the use of our software. SoftTechPro Solutions LLC provides development and diagnostic tools; we do not verify or authorize the legality of specific vehicle configurations in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any adjustments made using our software fully comply with local, state, and federal laws. 7a. ECU Modification Disclaimer

Important Legal Notice Regarding Vehicle Modifications: Modifications to a vehicle's ECU calibration — including but not limited to emissions system deactivation (DPF, EGR, AdBlue/SCR), performance tuning, and removal of speed or RPM limiters — may have significant legal and contractual consequences:

  • Vehicle Warranty: ECU modifications will typically void the manufacturer's vehicle warranty, in whole or in part. The customer accepts sole responsibility for any warranty implications.
  • Road Legality: Certain modifications (particularly emissions-related deactivations) are illegal for use on public roads in many jurisdictions, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States (under EPA regulations), and others. Laws vary by country and region.
  • Off-Road / Closed-Circuit Use: Emissions defeat and performance modifications are intended exclusively for off-road, motorsport, dyno testing, or closed-circuit use, unless explicitly authorized by applicable local law.
  • Customer Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining the legality of any modification in your jurisdiction and for obtaining all required permits or approvals before performing or deploying any ECU modification on a road-registered vehicle. SOFTTECHPRO SOLUTIONS LLC accepts no liability for fines, penalties, failed emissions inspections, or legal proceedings resulting from use of our software.

8. Technical Support and Compatibility

Support is provided via email at support@softechpro-solutions.com. We do not guarantee compatibility across all hardware configurations. Supported operating system: Windows 10/11 64-bit. Availability of specific tuning features depends on the vehicle, ECU type, and firmware version being processed. Compatibility with a specific ECU does not guarantee a specific tuning outcome.

9. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftTechPro Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, vehicle damage, or ECU failure. Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

10. Cloud Tuning Service

The Softechpro Cloud Tuning service ("Cloud Tuning") allows customers to submit ECU firmware files for automated processing by our server-side engine. The following conditions apply:

  • "As-Is" Output: Cloud-processed files are provided "as-is". The resulting calibration is generated algorithmically based on pattern matching and firmware analysis. We make no guarantee as to the specific outcome, performance gain, or successful application on any particular vehicle.
  • ECU Compatibility: Results depend entirely on the firmware version, hardware variant, and ECU family submitted. Not all ECUs in our database will yield a supported result for every requested service combination.
  • Credits already consumed: once a job has entered the processing queue the credit is spent and is not refundable. If the job fails on our side, the credit goes back to your balance — and if it does not, tell us and we return it manually. Unused credits are not refundable once bought; all sales are final.
  • File Retention: Submitted ECU files are processed and then automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days. We do not retain, share, or resell your ECU files.
  • Customer Verification: It is the customer's responsibility to verify any cloud-processed file on a test bench or rolling road before installation in a vehicle.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, tuning algorithms, calibration databases, ECU profiling logic, heuristic patterns, and diagnostic data provided through the Softechpro platform are the exclusive intellectual property of SOFTTECHPRO SOLUTIONS LLC, protected under United States and applicable international copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property law.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any proprietary component of our software or database.
  • The Softechpro brand name, logo, and product names are trademarks of SOFTTECHPRO SOLUTIONS LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users may be incorporated into the product at our discretion without compensation or attribution.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, USA.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
  • EU Consumers: Nothing in this section shall deprive EU consumers of the mandatory protections afforded under applicable EU consumer protection law, including the right to bring claims in courts of their country of residence.
