Digital Delivery Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery

SoftTechPro Solutions LLC operates entirely digitally. We do not sell or ship physical hardware, CDs, or USB drives. Upon successful payment verification, you will receive an automated email containing instructions on how to download the software client and authenticate your license.

2. Access and Activation

Licenses are generally activated instantly. However, for security and fraud prevention purposes, our automated systems may flag high-risk transactions for manual review. In such cases, delivery may be delayed by up to 24 hours while our risk team verifies the transaction. You will be notified if your order requires manual review.

3. Hardware Binding (HWID)

Delivery of the license implies binding to a specific workstation (PC). Once activated on a specific HWID, the digital product is considered fully delivered and the service commenced. Transferring a license to a new PC is subject to the terms of your specific license tier (e.g., standard licenses cannot be transferred more than once per year).

4. Internet Connectivity

While the software features robust offline processing for your files, initial activation and periodic security checks require an active internet connection. Failure to connect to our licensing servers will restrict access to the digitally delivered content.
