Most cookie policies are a copy-paste list of categories that has nothing to do with the site you are reading. This one is not. Below is the actual inventory of what softechpro-solutions.com writes to your browser, item by item, with its real name, how long it lasts and who sets it — because you are a professional and you can check it yourself in your browser in thirty seconds.
At a Glance
Almost everything this site stores on your machine is there so you can stay logged in, keep a basket, and keep the language you chose. There is no analytics suite, no behavioural profiling and no data sold to anyone.
What we do

What we do not do
- ❌ No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no TikTok pixel, no heatmap or session-recording tool
- ❌ No advertising cookie on the pages you actually browse (the two exceptions are named in section 3)
- ❌ No cross-site tracking of you around the internet, and no selling or renting of any of it
- ❌ No cookie wall: nothing on this site is hidden behind “accept all”
Two honest exceptions you should know about before you read on: our registration page runs a device-fingerprint check to stop trial abuse, and one campaign page (resellers) loads a Google Ads conversion tag. Both are described in full in section 3. Nothing else on the site touches an advertising network.
1. What a Cookie Is — and Why This Page Says More Than “Cookies”
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to keep, so the next page you open can recognise what happened on the previous one.
But cookies are only part of the story, and a policy that stops there is hiding something. Modern sites, including this one, mostly use two other browser stores: localStorage (stays until you clear it) and sessionStorage (dies when you close the tab). Legally and practically these are the same thing as cookies — data kept on your terminal — so we list them here with everything else. In fact your Softechpro login lives in localStorage, not in a cookie.
2. Full Inventory of What We Store
This is the complete list for softechpro-solutions.com. “Necessary” means the site genuinely does not work without it — not the marketing definition of necessary.

Note what is not in that table: no password, no card number, no ECU file and no visitor ID that follows you to other websites. Your card details never reach our servers at all — Stripe handles them (see below and our Privacy Policy).
3. Third Parties, Named One by One
Any time your browser loads something from another company’s server, that company sees your IP address. That is how the web works. What we can control is how short this list is, so here it is in full — including who loads on which page.
Cloudflare — every page
Our DNS, CDN and security filter. It sits in front of the site, blocks attacks and serves pages faster in Europe. If Cloudflare has to run a security or bot check on your connection, it may set its own security cookies; those belong to Cloudflare and exist to distinguish you from an attack script, not to profile you. On the ordinary page loads we tested, no Cloudflare cookie was set.
Stripe — payment pages only
Our payment processor. The checkout page loads Stripe’s script from js.stripe.com, and the pay button sends you to Stripe’s own domain to enter your card. Stripe sets its own cookies at that point for fraud prevention — that is precisely what stops a stolen card being used on your account. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s handling is governed by its own policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Google Fonts — nearly every page
The two typefaces the site is set in are fetched from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Font files do not set cookies, but Google receives your IP address when your browser downloads them.
YouTube — home page video only
The product video on the home page is deliberately click-to-play. Until you press play, all your browser loads is a still image from i.ytimg.com; no YouTube player and no YouTube cookies. The moment you press play, the real YouTube player loads and YouTube’s own cookies and policies apply.
Fingerprint (openfpcdn.io) — registration page only
When you submit the registration form, the page loads Fingerprint’s library and computes a device signature. We use it for one thing: stopping the same machine from opening account after account to reuse the free trial, and spotting duplicate or fraudulent sign-ups. It runs on the sign-up form, not while you browse. If it fails to load, we fall back to the random device_id listed above and registration still works.
Google Ads tag — one campaign page only
One page, /resellers.html, loads a Google Ads conversion tag (ID AW-17175357403) so we can tell whether an advertising campaign produced a real sign-up. This is the only advertising technology on the entire site, it is not present on the home page, the shop, the file service or your account, and it loads only with that page. If you would rather it never ran, block it at browser level or with an ad blocker — you lose nothing on that page.
Smaller ones, for completeness
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) — the icon font used on the login page.
- Wikimedia Commons — a handful of brand and flag images on the home page, the resellers page and the licence-verification page.
- WhatsApp — the green support button is a plain link. Nothing loads from WhatsApp until you click it.
- jsDelivr — a charting library inside the staff admin panel. Customers never load it.
What is deliberately absent: Google Analytics, Meta / Facebook Pixel, TikTok, LinkedIn or X pixels, heatmaps, session recorders and A/B testing suites. We do not run them, so nothing on this site is reading your mouse movements or replaying your session.
4. What Actually Breaks If You Block Them
Straight answers, so you can decide:
- Block everything (cookies + local storage) → you cannot log in. Your login token lives in localStorage. Without it, the login screen accepts your password and then throws you straight back out, because the next page has no proof of who you are.
- No basket. Items disappear between pages and checkout cannot be completed.
- Language resets to the default on every page, and the cookie notice reappears on every visit.
- A referral is not credited. If a colleague sent you a referral link, the partner will not be recognised at purchase.
- Blocking Stripe breaks payment outright — the payment step will not load. There is no way around that one.
- Blocking the Google tag, Google Fonts or the icon font costs you nothing functional. The site works; the typography just falls back to a system font.
- Private / incognito windows work fine. Everything above is written and then discarded when you close the window, so you will simply log in again next time.
5. How to See, Block or Delete Them
You do not need our permission and you do not need a consent tool. Everything on this page can be inspected and wiped from your browser:
- Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → delete browsing data, or open the padlock icon in the address bar to see and remove the data stored for this site alone.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data, then search for our domain.
- Safari: Settings / Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data, then remove our domain.
- Important: clearing “cookies and site data” for our domain also clears localStorage and sessionStorage — that is, every single row of the table above, in one action.
- The fastest partial reset: click Logout. It deletes your login token and your stored profile immediately.
- Ad blockers and tracker blockers are welcome here. We build the site to work with them. The only thing they will actually block is the Google Ads tag on the resellers page.
6. The Cookie Notice on Our Site — Honestly
A short cookie notice appears on our home page with a link to this policy. We are not going to pretend it is a full consent manager with per-vendor toggles, because it is not: the site does not have one yet.
Here is why that matters less than it would elsewhere. On the pages you actually browse — home, shop, file service, blog, tools, your account — we load nothing from an advertising network, so there is no advertising cookie waiting for a click on “accept”. The genuinely optional item on this whole site is the Google Ads tag on /resellers.html, and section 5 tells you exactly how to stop it. Our site does not currently react to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals; we say so rather than claim a compliance we have not built.
7. Legal Basis, Retention and Your Rights
Under the GDPR and the EU ePrivacy rules:
- Strictly necessary items (login token, profile cache, basket, licence and anti-fraud markers) are stored because you asked for a service that cannot be delivered without them, and because we have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud and licence abuse. They are exempt from consent.
- Functional items (language, notice dismissal, referral, “do not ask again”) exist only because you took an action that created them, and you can delete them at any time.
- The advertising tag on the resellers page is the one item that is not necessary. Refuse it by blocking it in your browser or by not opening that page.
- Retention is exactly what the table says. Nothing is kept longer on your machine than the duration shown, and clearing your browser data deletes all of it instantly, on your side, without asking us.
- Your rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — are described in our Privacy Policy and are exercised by writing to us at the address below.
8. Changes and Contact
The site is under active development, so this inventory can change. When it does, we update this page and the date at the top — and the page must always match what the site really loads. If you find a cookie, a script or a storage entry on softechpro-solutions.com that is not listed here, tell us: that is a bug in this page and we will fix it.
