1. Professional and Legal Use Only

SoftTechPro Solutions LLC provides diagnostic and recalculation algorithms designed specifically for automotive professionals, diagnostic centers, and certified tuning shops. Our tools are strictly intended for off-road, motorsport, or otherwise legally sanctioned diagnostic operations.

You agree not to use our software to bypass, defeat, or manipulate emission control systems (DPF, EGR, SCR) in any jurisdiction where doing so violates local, state, federal, or international environmental laws (e.g., the U.S. Clean Air Act).

2. No Reverse Engineering or Piracy

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or bypass the licensing mechanisms (HWID binding, token checks) of the software. Any such attempt that is logged by our servers will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your license without a refund.

3. No Unauthorized Sharing

Your license is strictly for your own professional use. You may not sell, rent, lease, or distribute access to our servers or software to third parties.

4. No Malicious Activity

You must not use our infrastructure or software to distribute malware, engage in denial of service attacks, or perform any activity that threatens the integrity or security of our services.
