By purchasing, accessing, or using our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Nature of the Product

All products sold by SoftTechPro Solutions LLC are purely digital. We provide professional automotive diagnostic and recalibration software licenses exclusively. No physical products are shipped. Upon successful payment and verification, delivery is processed entirely online via email and digital download/activation.

3. License of Use

Purchasing access to our software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the specific tier or duration purchased (e.g., standard license or subscription-based access). The license is subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Professional Use Only: The software is strictly designed for use by professional automotive businesses and certified tuners.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, rent, lease, sub-license, reverse engineer, or unlawfully bypass any security mechanisms of the software. Any attempted infringement will result in immediate license termination without refund.
  • Hardware Locking: Licenses may be systematically locked to a specific hardware ID (PC) for security purposes.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Billing (Subscriptions)

Prices are displayed clearly on the checkout page before purchase. We utilize Stripe as our secure payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe and SoftTechPro Solutions LLC to charge the specified amount.

Note: We DO NOT offer lifetime licenses. Our pricing model exclusively utilizes time-bound access, including a 24-Hour Pass, a 1-Month Pro Subscription, or a 1-Year Enterprise Subscription. In addition, users with an active tier can purchase daily Tokens on a pay-as-you-go basis.

In the event of active subscriptions, billing occurs on a recurring basis as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal or by contacting support, preventing future billing.

5. Digital Delivery Policy

Access to your software or license key is delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout, typically immediately after payment. In some instances involving anti-fraud verification, manual review may require up to 24-48 hours. The customer is responsible for ensuring the email address provided is correct and actively monitored. Please refer to our Digital Delivery Policy for full details.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Given the digital nature of the software, refunds are strictly limited. Once a license key has been accessed, activated, or a digital download has been initiated, the product is considered fulfilled. Please review our comprehensive Refund Policy prior to purchase.

7. Customer Responsibilities and Compliance

The customer assumes full liability for the use of our software. SoftTechPro Solutions LLC provides development and diagnostic tools; however, we do not verify or authorize the legality of specific vehicle configurations in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any adjustments made using our software fully comply with local, state, and federal laws. 8. Technical Support and Compatibility

Support is provided via email at [email protected]. We do not guarantee arbitrary compatibility across all unsupported hardware or Operating Systems (Windows 10/11 64-bit recommended). Availability of certain features depends entirely on the specific vehicle, ECU, and software version being processed.

9. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftTechPro Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software, including data loss, loss of profits, or motor vehicle damage. Our software is provided "as is".
