TriCore Access Protocol (OBD Flashing)

The Tuning Protection (TPROT) RSA validation stack natively blocks unauthorized OBD calibrations on Bosch MED17 and EDC17 topologies. The Softechpro heuristic engine structurally invalidates this sequence via a mathematical NOP injection.

Step-by-Step Execution:

  1. Execute a Virtual Read or Bench Dump of the target ECU using Autotuner or KESS3.
  2. Load the unaltered `.bin` file into the Softechpro Desktop Client.
  3. Select the [TPROT PROTOCOL] node in the Stage 2 Algorithms UI.
  4. The Engine will parse the `.bin`, locate the 16-bit RSA vector jump, and pad the assembly matrix with zeros (`0x00000000`).
  5. Export and flash the resultant `.bin` via OBD-II safely.
Warning: Checksum Validation

Always ensure your flashing tool (e.g., CMDFlash) computes the final RSA checksums upon write. The Softechpro platform manages internal heuristic blocks, but final binary signatures rely on active tool checksum corrections.

Token Billing Matrix

The Softechpro Enterprise platform utilizes a seamless token economy for premium file generation and algorithm unlocking.

Usage & Deductions:

  • ✔️ 10 Tokens: Basic Calibration Files
  • ✔️ 5 Tokens: DTC Masking or Immo OFF Routine
  • ✔️ 15 Tokens: Advanced Damos/A2L Exports

Warning: Token deductions are permanent. Failed uploads due to incorrect flash tool checksums are not refunded autonomously. Please contact our support team for anomaly refunds.

DTC Masking Engine

The AI-Powered Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) masking engine locates precise P-Code hex signatures inside binary files and safely suppresses them without triggering Limp Mode or Engine MIL.

How to use the DTC Engine:

  1. Upload your master `.bin` file into the Desktop environment.
  2. Type the specific P-Code (e.g., `P0420` for catalyst efficiency) into the search box.
  3. The engine isolates the 4-byte string inside the core routine.
  4. Select `Apply Hex Nullifier`. The software overwrites the trigger sector with neutral hex values.

Note: Some newer BOSCH MD1/MG1 processors require an alignment checksum after DTC removal. Softechpro Enterprise automates this natively via the Cloud API.
