Diesel turbo engines respond more dramatically to chip tuning than any other fuel type. OEM diesel calibrations leave 20-30% software headroom for emissions compliance, warranty and noise targets. Stage 1 diesel typically returns +25% HP from software alone on a healthy engine.

Why diesel tuning responds the way it does

Diesel turbo headroom is the largest of any fuel. OEM calibrations sit far from the safety margin to handle worst-case fuel quality and altitude. Stage 1 closes that gap.

Diesel-specific services: DPF OFF, EGR OFF, AdBlue OFF, DTC OFF. Plus Stage 1 / 2 / 3 power tuning. Most diesel customers fit DPF + EGR + AdBlue off as a combined package once the vehicle is destined for off-road / export use.
