A DPF-off calibration removes the diesel particulate filter's control, regeneration and diagnostics from the ECU (typically after the filter is physically gutted/removed), so there are no regen cycles, no DPF pressure/temperature faults and no limp mode. It's used on off-road, motorsport and export vehicles where the DPF is failed or unwanted. Removing emissions equipment is not road-legal in most regions — it's for closed-course/off-road use.
