AdBlue-off (SCR off) disables the urea/NOx after-treatment control and diagnostics in the ECU so failed AdBlue pumps, injectors, NOx sensors or countdown-to-no-start conditions no longer strand the vehicle. Common on trucks and diesels where the SCR system has failed. It removes an emissions device, so it's strictly off-road/export use.
