Standalone ECU / Engine Management
The DTA S-series is DTAFast's core standalone ECU line, spanning the S40, S60, S80 and S100 models, which differ mainly in the number of injector and ignition drives and channel count they support. All run the same DTAWin tuning software and offer 3D fuel and ignition mapping, closed-loop lambda, acceleration enrichment, boost control, launch control, traction, gear detection and CAN output for dashes and loggers. The S-series is a staple of budget-conscious motorsport — single-seaters, hillclimb, rally, track cars and bike-engine swaps — valued for reliability and simplicity. Programming and logging are done over serial/USB from a Windows laptop. It is a full standalone replacement for the factory ECU.
The S-series replaces the factory ECU for race engines; Softechpro reflashes OEM ECUs with automated DPF/EGR/DTC-off, Stage tuning and checksum correction. Non-overlapping tools — Softechpro serves the stock-ECU jobs alongside a standalone build.
