Standalone ECU / Engine Management
DTAWin is the Windows application used to program DTAFast (DTA) engine-management ECUs, a UK motorsport brand. Connecting over serial/USB, it gives tuners access to 3D fuel and ignition maps with adjustable sites, acceleration enrichment, closed-loop lambda, boost control, launch and traction functions, plus onboard and PC datalogging. It's known for a straightforward, no-nonsense interface that is popular in club and professional motorsport — single-seaters, hillclimb, rally and bike-engined cars. DTAWin supports the S-series ECUs and other DTA units, and can display live gauges and log analysis in one place. As standalone management, DTA plus DTAWin replaces the factory ECU rather than reflashing OEM firmware.
DTAWin programs a motorsport standalone that replaces the OEM ECU; Softechpro reflashes and repairs factory firmware (DPF/EGR/DTC-off, Stage, checksums). Different tools for different jobs — Softechpro handles the stock-ECU side of a workshop.
