Standalone ECU / Engine Management
'DTA ECU Software' refers to DTAWin, the Windows tuning package for DTAFast (DTA) engine-management units. It connects to DTA S-series and other DTA ECUs over serial/USB and provides 3D fuel and ignition mapping, acceleration enrichment, closed-loop lambda, boost control, launch and traction functions, rev limiting, and both onboard and PC datalogging. The interface is deliberately simple and effective, making it a favourite in UK club and professional motorsport — single-seaters, hillclimb, rally and bike-engine builds. Tuners can make real-time changes and review logs in the same application. As with any standalone, the DTA ECU plus its software replaces the factory ECU and is not related to reflashing OEM firmware.
