VAG Dash Can

Immo & Key ProgrammingVariousWindows + CAN interface

VAG Dash CAN is a Windows tool for programming Volkswagen Group instrument clusters over the CAN bus. It reads and writes cluster EEPROM/flash to perform mileage correction, immobilizer operations, key adaptation and cluster replacement on VDO and Motometer dashboards found in Audi, VW, SEAT and Skoda models of the CAN era (roughly early-to-mid 2000s onward). Locksmiths and dash-repair specialists use it for spare keys, all-keys-lost and cluster swaps where the odometer and immobilizer data must be transferred. It connects through the OBD-II port with a supported CAN interface. As with other EEPROM-level tools, capability depends on the specific cluster type and immobilizer generation of the vehicle.

Where Softechpro fits

Cluster/immobilizer programming is outside Softechpro's scope. Softechpro complements dash/immo work by handling the engine-ECU firmware, DPF/EGR/AdBlue/DTC-off modules and checksum correction, on supported files.
