MHD N54 is the MHD Flasher app and calibration catalog dedicated to BMW's N54 twin-turbo 3.0-litre engine, used in the 135i, 335i, 535i, 1M and Z4 35i. From a smartphone and OBD-II adapter it flashes the MSD80/MSD81 DME with staged off-the-shelf maps for different fuels, supports custom maps, and provides map switching, live gauges, datalogging and DTC read/clear. The N54 is one of the most popular tuning platforms and MHD is among the most common flashing solutions for it, frequently combined with a JB4 piggyback for hybrid control. Results depend on turbos, fueling and supporting modifications.
