Immo & Key Programming
Immo Killer is one of the many names for immobiliser-off software that disables the anti-theft interlock inside an ECU dump. The tool locates the immobiliser routine or status bytes in the binary/EEPROM and modifies them so the controller starts without waiting for a valid key and BCM handshake. Tuners and auto-electricians use it when fitting a used ECU to a different car, after immo-box failure, or to run an engine on a test bench. Coverage typically spans Bosch, Siemens/Continental, Delphi and Marelli engine ECUs plus their matching instrument-cluster and body modules. Immo-off editing is safety- and theft-sensitive, so it is meant for owner-authorised repair, engine-swap and off-road scenarios rather than bypassing security on vehicles that are not yours.
Softechpro Solutions handles tuning, emissions and DTC-off tasks with automatic checksum correction and does not perform immo-off or key coding. This tool covers the immobiliser side, so the two are complementary and do not overlap.
