Aftermarket Diagnostic Scanner
IAW ECU Scan is diagnostic software focused on Magneti Marelli IAW-series engine management units used across many 1990s–2000s European vehicles, including Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Peugeot, Citroën, Renault and others. Connected through a compatible K-line/OBD interface, it identifies the IAW ECU, reads and clears diagnostic trouble codes, streams live parameters such as coolant temperature, throttle position, lambda and injection timing, activates actuators (injectors, idle valve, fans, pump), and resets self-adaptation values. Technicians working on older IAW-equipped engines use it to pinpoint sensor and fueling faults that generic scanners miss. As with similar IAW tools, precise coverage of each IAW generation such as 8F, 59F or 4AF depends on the software version and interface hardware.
