Standalone ECU / Engine Management
The FT700 is a flagship-level FuelTech standalone engine-management ECU, offering the range's most extensive I/O and control capability along with a large integrated colour touchscreen. It supports sequential fuel and ignition, advanced boost, traction and drag-racing strategies, high-resolution datalogging and a wide array of sensor inputs and outputs, all configured through FTManager and directly on the unit. The FT700 targets the most demanding builds — high-power drag, motorsport and pro-street cars — where builders want maximum channels and features from a programmable ECU. It anchors FuelTech's ecosystem alongside ignition modules, power distribution and dashes. As a standalone aftermarket ECU it manages the engine directly instead of modifying an OEM factory ECU.
The FT700 replaces the factory ECU as a standalone unit, so it is outside Softechpro's OEM-firmware focus; the two complement each other only in the sense of covering different customer needs.
