Immo & Key Programming
CarProg is a universal ECU/module programmer used for a wide spread of automotive electronics tasks. Through interchangeable adapters and software modules it works on immobilizers, airbag/SRS crash-data reset, dashboards and odometers, car radios, and EEPROM/microcontroller reading and writing. Independent workshops, locksmiths and electronics repairers use CarProg for immo key preparation, airbag module repair after deployment, mileage operations and general chip programming across many makes. It connects via OBD for some functions and directly to chips/boards for others. CarProg is Windows-based with its own hardware and per-function software authorizations. As a broad, chip-level toolkit it complements diagnostic scanners and dedicated key tools rather than replacing them, and does not perform engine performance calibration.
CarProg's immo, airbag and dashboard programming lie outside Softechpro. Where the engine ECU is involved, Softechpro can auto-apply emissions and DTC-off modules and correct checksums on supported firmwares, a separate, file-level step.
