The first three characters of every VIN are the World Manufacturer Identifier (WMI). The code WDF is assigned to Mercedes-Benz (commercial vehicles), with the country of manufacture Germany.

So any 17-character VIN that begins with WDF was produced by Mercedes-Benz (commercial vehicles):
