RFT

The first three characters of every VIN are the World Manufacturer Identifier (WMI). The code RFT is assigned to CPI, Taiwan, with the country of manufacture Taiwan.

So any 17-character VIN that begins with RFT was produced by CPI, Taiwan:

RFTZZZ0000000000000
