MPA

The first three characters of every VIN are the World Manufacturer Identifier (WMI). The code MPA is assigned to Isuzu Thailand, with the country of manufacture Thailand.

So any 17-character VIN that begins with MPA was produced by Isuzu Thailand:

MPAZZZ0000000000000
