OEM Diagnostic
Vector Indigo is a diagnostic application for testing and servicing ECUs based on standardized ODX diagnostic descriptions and OTX test sequences. It provides a tester-style interface to read and clear fault memory (DTCs), read measurement/identification data, run routines and actuator tests, and execute guided diagnostic sequences over UDS/KWP on CAN, CAN FD and DoIP. Engineers in development, validation and after-sales use Indigo to work with ECUs in a symbolic, database-driven way rather than raw hex, and it integrates with the Vector diagnostic toolchain (CANdela/CANdelaStudio, DoIP hardware). Indigo is manufacturer-agnostic, driven by the project's ODX/PDX data, and is a diagnostics tool rather than a calibration or flashing environment.
Indigo performs live, database-driven diagnostics against connected ECUs. Softechpro instead handles DTC logic at the firmware level through module-based DTC-off editing on the image and does not connect as an OBD/DoIP tester, so the tools serve different diagnostic stages.
