Aftermarket Diagnostic Scanner
ThinkTool is a professional diagnostic scanner series from Thinkcar, a brand associated with Launch. Models such as the ThinkTool Pro, Master and Euro Master are Android tablets with a wireless VCI offering full-system diagnostics — DTC read/clear, live data, actuation tests and ECU coding — plus service resets such as oil, EPB, SAS, DPF, BMS and throttle adaptation across many makes. Higher tiers add plug-in function modules (printer, videoscope, TPMS) and expanded coding. Independent workshops use ThinkTool as a mid-range multi-brand scan platform. Coverage and special functions are extended through Thinkcar's subscription software updates, and exact capability depends on the model tier.
ThinkTool diagnoses and clears live codes and runs regenerations; Softechpro removes DPF/EGR/AdBlue/DTC triggers at the firmware level and re-corrects the checksum, so it complements the scanner rather than replacing it.
