Standalone ECU / Engine Management
Syvecs CalTool is a simplified Windows application that lets end users and dealers make controlled adjustments to a Syvecs ECU without the full complexity of SCal. Typically it exposes tuner-permitted parameters and features such as switching between maps, adjusting boost or power levels, enabling options and viewing live data or basic logs, based on what the calibrator has unlocked. This lets a professional tuner ship a Syvecs-equipped car with safe, bounded user control while retaining the deep calibration in SCal. CalTool is common on high-power street and track cars where owners want map switching and monitoring but should not alter core fuel and ignition tables directly, striking a balance between owner flexibility and calibration safety.
CalTool offers bounded user tweaks on Syvecs standalone ECUs; Softechpro instead performs factory-ECU modifications such as emissions modules, DTC-off and checksum correction, so the two are unrelated in scope and simply serve different setups.
