Standalone ECU / Engine Management
SCS Delta GDI refers to SCS Delta's engine-management capability for gasoline direct-injection engines — controlling high-pressure direct injectors, fuel-pressure regulation, and the multi-event injection strategies (stratified and homogeneous modes) that GDI requires. Precise direct-injection control is a specialised, high-value feature only top-tier motorsport ECUs implement well, and SCS Delta targets professional rally and circuit programmes running modern turbo-GDI engines. The system is configured through SCS Delta's PC software alongside its ignition, boost and motorsport functions. It is aimed at professional teams and engine builders, not street applications. As a standalone, an SCS Delta GDI system replaces the OEM ECU rather than reflashing factory firmware.
SCS Delta GDI is a professional standalone for direct-injection race engines; Softechpro reflashes factory OEM ECUs with automated emissions/DTC modules and checksum correction on road vehicles. The two never overlap and address entirely different builds.
