Standalone ECU / Engine Management
MoTeC ECU Manager is the Windows tuning software for MoTeC's earlier Hundred and M-series ECUs, including the M400, M600, M800, M880 and M84. It provides table-based fuel and ignition tuning, boost control, extensive motorsport functions, sensor calibration and telemetry/logging setup for these long-established professional standalone units. ECU Manager predates the newer M1 platform and its M1 Tune software, but remains essential for the very large global installed base of M800-era ECUs in circuit, rally and drag cars. It pairs with MoTeC's Interpreter/i2 analysis tools and Advanced Central Logger hardware, and is known for deep configurability and reliability in demanding motorsport environments, which keeps it in active use by teams maintaining proven M800-based programs.
ECU Manager runs MoTeC's classic standalone hardware; Softechpro handles factory-ECU tasks like emissions-module removal, DTC-off and checksum correction, serving a separate class of vehicles from a race standalone build.
