Marelli SRT is part of Magneti Marelli / Marelli Motorsport's professional software ecosystem used with the company's motorsport control units and electronics. Within that ecosystem Marelli provides distinct tools for calibration (Vision) and data analysis (Wintax), and SRT is used by teams running Marelli hardware as part of that same workflow. Because Marelli's motorsport software is distributed to professional teams and engine partners rather than sold openly, precise public documentation is limited; what is consistent is that these tools target purpose-built Marelli race ECUs and their high-resolution calibration and logging needs rather than OEM production vehicles. Shops encounter it only when working with Marelli-equipped race or prototype programmes.
As a Marelli motorsport-team tool it has no overlap with Softechpro's OEM firmware editing; the two would only coexist in a workshop that separately services production ECUs and races Marelli-equipped cars.
