Truck & Off-Highway Diagnostic
JCB ServiceMaster is the manufacturer's diagnostic tool for JCB construction and agricultural equipment such as backhoe loaders, telehandlers, excavators, and wheel loaders, along with JCB's own Dieselmax engines. Running on Windows with a JCB diagnostic interface, it communicates with the machine's ECUs over CAN to read and clear fault codes, monitor live engine and hydraulic data, run actuator and calibration routines, and configure control-unit parameters. Service technicians use it to troubleshoot emissions and driveability issues, reset service intervals, and set up replacement ECUs. It provides guided diagnostics and access to machine-specific parameters. ServiceMaster is a dealer and field-service diagnostic environment focused on OEM troubleshooting and configuration rather than performance tuning.
Softechpro operates on the engine firmware file with DPF/EGR/AdBlue/DTC-off plus checksum correction and does not replace ServiceMaster's OEM diagnostics; the two cover complementary parts of a job.
