Truck & Off-Highway Diagnostic
Iveco Easy, styled E.A.SY, refers to Iveco's official diagnostic and programming environment for their trucks, vans, and buses, the same platform commonly written as Iveco EASY. It runs on Windows with an Iveco or Nexiq-compatible communication interface and connects to the vehicle's control units to read and clear fault codes, view live signals, execute actuator and calibration routines, and carry out ECU programming and parameter configuration via Iveco's servers. Workshops use it across Daily, Eurocargo, and S-Way and Stralis models and FPT engines, covering engine management, SCR/AdBlue aftertreatment, braking, and body systems, plus setup of replacement controllers. As with all versions, deeper programming requires appropriate access levels. It is an OEM dealer tool for diagnosis and sanctioned reprogramming, not aftermarket map editing.
Softechpro complements Iveco Easy by handling engine-file DPF/EGR/AdBlue/DTC-off edits and checksum correction, while the OEM tool owns diagnostics and programming that Softechpro does not replace.
