"Honda Keihin Tool" refers to software for reading, writing and tuning the Keihin-built engine control units used in Honda and Acura vehicles, and in Honda motorcycles and powersports. Keihin was Honda's long-standing engine-management supplier, and its ECUs are popular tuning targets, especially in the enthusiast community. Depending on the platform, access is through OBD or bench/boot connections; tuners then modify fueling, ignition timing, rev limits, VTEC engagement and, where relevant, immobilizer or emissions-related settings, writing back with corrected checksums. Older Honda ECUs are well documented in the aftermarket, while newer Keihin units use additional protection. As a category, this names the Honda Keihin ECU read/edit/write workflow rather than a single branded product.
