Emissions Tool (DPF/EGR/AdBlue)
ECU Safe 3.0 is the expanded generation of the ECUsafe line, broadening beyond DTC removal to include automatic EGR off, DPF off, Lambda/O2 disabling, and fault-code deletion, all with automatic checksum recalculation. The workflow stays the same: load a supported original read, select the operations, and receive a corrected output file ready to write. It targets diesel emissions edits used in off-road, motorsport, and export scenarios, plus general fault-code cleanup, across common Bosch, Siemens/Continental, and Delphi ECUs. As an automatic solution it removes the need to locate maps by hand, though its usefulness on any given vehicle depends on that ECU being in its supported list. Removing emissions equipment on road-registered vehicles is illegal in many countries.
Softechpro addresses the same emissions and DTC categories with automatic module application and checksum correction across ~1,400 firmwares, and adds AdBlue-off and Stage tuning. Coverage is per-firmware on both tools, so the specific ECU determines the outcome.
