A Delphi Suite targets Delphi diesel engine ECUs, the DCM (Diesel Common-rail Multec) family such as DCM3.x, DCM6.x, and related CRD units, used widely on Renault/Nissan, Hyundai/Kia, Ford, Suzuki, Ssangyong, and other common-rail diesels. Tuners use it to identify the Delphi variant, locate injection, rail pressure, boost, torque, EGR, and DPF maps, apply Stage tuning, and perform DPF/EGR/DTC edits where legal, then recalculate Delphi's checksums so the modified calibration is accepted. Delphi maps and checksum routines differ from Bosch and Continental, so platform-specific definitions are needed. Reading and writing occurs over OBD, bench, or boot depending on the variant. The suite performs calibration editing while a separate flash or bench tool moves the file in and out of the ECU.
Softechpro includes Delphi DCM firmwares in its catalog and auto-applies DPF/EGR/DTC-off and Stage tuning with automatic checksum correction, complementing the flash or bench hardware that reads and writes the Delphi ECU.
