Aftermarket Diagnostic Scanner
The DS150E is a diagnostic VCI and software package originating from Delphi, also sold under the Autocom name. It connects to the OBD port over USB or Bluetooth and provides multi-brand car and light-commercial diagnostics — reading and clearing fault codes, live data, actuator tests, service-light and EPB resets and some coding. It is a popular, affordable interface widely found in smaller independent workshops, and is also one of the most heavily cloned tools on the grey market. Genuine versions are updated through Delphi's software releases. Technicians use it for everyday fault-finding and routine service resets across common European and Asian makes.
The DS150E reads and clears codes and runs basic resets; Softechpro edits the ECU firmware to remove emissions and DTC triggers at the source and corrects the checksum, complementing the scanner in tuning-oriented work.
