AccessTUNER Race is the top licensing tier of Cobb's professional tuning software, exposing a wider set of ECU parameters than AccessTUNER Pro for motorsport and heavily modified applications. It targets the same Cobb-supported platforms, including Subaru, Ford EcoBoost/Mustang, Nissan GT-R, Mazdaspeed, VW/Audi, and Porsche, but unlocks deeper control over areas such as advanced boost control, limiters, and safety strategies needed for big-turbo, high-boost, and race builds. Like the Pro tier, tune files are compiled in AccessTUNER and delivered to the vehicle through a Cobb Accessport, with logging handled through the Cobb ecosystem. Access is restricted to vetted professional tuners. Shops step up to the Race license when project cars exceed the parameter scope of the Pro tier.
This is a race-oriented gasoline tuning package tied to Cobb hardware, distinct from Softechpro's diesel emissions and DTC-off modules with automatic checksum correction. The two do not overlap in scope.
