Immo & Key Programming
CGDI Prog refers to CGDI's line of professional key-programming and immobilizer tools, most notably CGDI MB for Mercedes-Benz and CGDI BMW. These tools handle key learning, all-keys-lost, EIS/EZS and CAS/FEM/BDC operations, password calculation and related immobilizer functions for their target brands. Locksmiths and auto-key specialists use CGDI devices for fast add-key and all-keys-lost jobs, often with data-acquisition accessories and online password services. Each CGDI product is brand-focused with its own Windows software and hardware, and many functions rely on token or server support. The tooling concentrates on keys, remotes and immobilizer/anti-theft modules rather than engine ECU calibration or general diagnostics.
CGDI tools focus on keys and immobilizer/anti-theft modules, outside Softechpro's scope. Softechpro complements the same workshop by handling engine-ECU firmware edits (emissions/DTC-off/tuning) and checksum correction on supported files.
