OEM Calibration & Measurement
INCA, developed by ETAS within the Bosch group, is one of the industry-standard tools for ECU measurement, calibration and diagnostics. It connects to ECUs through interfaces such as ETK, XETK and ES500/ES900 series devices, and standard CCP/XCP over CAN, FlexRay or Ethernet, using A2L description files to read and adjust calibration labels in real time. Calibration engineers use it to measure signals, record data, and tune parameters during engine, transmission and vehicle development on the bench, testbed and in-vehicle. It supports experiment configuration, data management and flashing of calibration data. INCA is a professional OEM and Tier-1 development environment requiring dedicated interface hardware and access to A2L and calibration data, not a workshop scan tool.
INCA is a factory calibration environment that works with A2L labels and dedicated interfaces; Softechpro Solutions instead edits finished firmware files with predefined modules and checksum correction, complementing rather than replicating this OEM toolchain.
