Data Logging & Analysis
AVL Concerto is a data post-processing, analysis and reporting tool for engine, powertrain and vehicle test data. It imports measurement files from testbeds, ECUs and diverse acquisition systems, then lets engineers calculate derived channels, apply formulas and scripts (including Calc/Python-style processing), visualize signals and generate automated, repeatable reports. Development and validation teams use Concerto to turn large volumes of raw test-bench and field data into consistent results, correlate parameters and document findings across projects. It works with many data formats and is manufacturer- and vehicle-agnostic, focused on analysis and reporting rather than live measurement, calibration or firmware editing. It is commonly paired with AVL testbed and measurement systems in an engineering data workflow.
Concerto analyzes and reports on test data, a task unrelated to Softechpro's firmware work. Softechpro does not process test-bench data; it edits ECU images and corrects checksums, so the tools do not overlap.
