Aftermarket Diagnostic Scanner
Autel MaxiSys is a widely used range of Android-based professional diagnostic tablets, from the MS906 up to the flagship Ultra. Paired with a Bluetooth or wired VCI, it performs full-system diagnostics — DTC read/clear, live data, bi-directional controls, ECU coding and adaptations — across most makes, plus service resets such as oil, EPB, SAS, DPF, TPMS and, on some models, immobiliser functions. Higher models add J2534 pass-thru ECU programming, topology module mapping and integrated scope and inspection cameras. General repair shops and diagnostic technicians use MaxiSys as an all-round OE-level scan platform. Autel provides subscription software updates that expand coverage and add newer coding and programming functions.
MaxiSys is a live diagnostic and coding platform; Softechpro works one layer deeper, editing the ECU firmware to disable emissions systems and DTCs and fixing the checksum. Use MaxiSys to diagnose and verify, Softechpro to modify the file.
