ATI ECU Editor

ECU Editor / Map EditorAccurate Technologies Inc (ATI)Windows

ATI ECU Editor describes calibration/map-editing functionality within Accurate Technologies' Vision ecosystem, where engineers open an ECU's calibration data and edit its maps, curves and scalars against an A2L description. In this style of editor, parameters are shown symbolically with engineering units, axes and scaling rather than as raw bytes, so a calibrator can tune fueling, spark, boost, torque and emissions tables safely. Edited datasets can be compared, versioned and written back to the ECU through the platform's measurement-and-calibration hardware. Such editing is central to OEM and Tier-1 development and is ECU-agnostic, depending only on a valid description file for the target controller. It emphasizes structured, description-driven editing rather than blind hex manipulation.

What ATI ECU Editor is used for

Where Softechpro fits

Description-driven map editing overlaps conceptually with tuning, but ATI's tools operate inside an OEM calibration platform. Softechpro applies its own module-based edits and checksum correction to firmware files and does not require an A2L, so the two approaches are complementary.
