ECU Flash Tool
KESSv2 is Alientech's previous-generation flashing tool, working primarily through the OBD-II port to read and write ECU and TCU memory, operated via K-Suite. Long a mainstay for in-car reprogramming, it covers a broad list of cars, LCVs, trucks and tractors through protocol licences, though it lacks the bench and boot breadth of the newer KESS3. Many workshops still use KESSv2 for supported OBD jobs. As a flasher it handles communication and programming only, pairing with ECM Titanium or WinOLS for the actual calibration changes. It remains a common entry point into OBD tuning.
Softechpro Solutions edits the files a KESSv2 reads over OBD, auto-applying DPF/EGR/AdBlue/DTC-off and Stage modules with checksum correction, then you write back with the tool. It is the editing complement, not a replacement.
