Standalone ECU / Engine Management
AEM Infinity Tuner is the Windows software for AEM's Infinity series of standalone engine-management systems (Infinity-5, -6, -7, -8, -10 and plug-in variants). Built on a model-based tuning approach, it uses physical engine parameters and a powerful volumetric-efficiency fuel model alongside conventional tables, supporting sequential fuel and ignition, drive-by-wire, advanced boost and traction strategies, flex fuel and high-speed logging. Infinity Tuner offers live tuning, wizards and layout customization, targeting high-horsepower street, drag and circuit builds. The Infinity hardware and software brought AEM into the higher-end standalone market with faster processors and more sophisticated control than the earlier EMS Series 2, and plug-in Infinity kits exist for many popular platforms to simplify installation and base calibration.
Infinity Tuner drives AEM standalone ECUs; Softechpro works the OEM-ECU side of tuning with DPF/EGR/AdBlue/DTC-off modules and checksum correction, so a multi-service shop uses each on the appropriate vehicle.
