Definition
Damos is the calibration description format used internally at Bosch for their ECU calibrations. Equivalent to ASAP2/A2L conceptually but in a proprietary Bosch container.
Why workshops care
Damos packages are the gold-standard for ECU tuning data — they describe every map, axis and label of a calibration with full accuracy. Commercial Damos collections cost €100-300/month subscription or €30-100 per ECU on-demand.
