VAG's dual-clutch transmission (DQ250 6-speed, DQ200 7-speed dry, DQ381/DQ500 7-speed wet). Controlled by Mechatronic-integrated TCM.
Why workshops care
DSG tuning increases launch RPM, raises clutch torque limiter, shortens shift times, and adds launch control. Done at the TCM, not the engine ECU.
