What P1700 means on a Suzuki

On Suzuki vehicles, P1700 is logged when the ECU detects a fault in the throttle: “TCM Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Fault”. P1700 is a manufacturer-specific Suzuki code (the "1" after the letter marks an OEM-defined code), so its meaning applies to Suzuki and may differ on other makes.
