What P1586 means on a Saturn

On Saturn vehicles, P1586 is logged when the ECU detects a fault in the powertrain: “Cruise Control Brake Switch 2 Circuit”. P1586 is a manufacturer-specific Saturn code (the "1" after the letter marks an OEM-defined code), so its meaning applies to Saturn and may differ on other makes.
