What P1391 means on a Saturn

On Saturn vehicles, P1391 is logged when the ECU detects a fault in the powertrain: “Wheel Speed Sensor 1 G-Sensor Circuit Performance”. P1391 is a manufacturer-specific Saturn code (the "1" after the letter marks an OEM-defined code), so its meaning applies to Saturn and may differ on other makes.
