What P1131 means on a Saturn

On Saturn vehicles, P1131 is logged when the ECU detects a fault in the O2 / lambda: “HO2S Circuit Low Variance Bank 1 Sensor 2”. P1131 is a manufacturer-specific Saturn code (the "1" after the letter marks an OEM-defined code), so its meaning applies to Saturn and may differ on other makes.
