What P1391 means on a Jeep

On Jeep vehicles, P1391 is logged when the ECU detects a fault in the powertrain: “Intermittent Loss of CMP Or CKP”. P1391 is a manufacturer-specific Jeep code (the "1" after the letter marks an OEM-defined code), so its meaning applies to Jeep and may differ on other makes.
